I never set out to be a consultant. I set out to build companies — real ones — with real people, real pressure, and real consequences.

For more than 25 years, I’ve been the operator behind the scenes turning ambitious visions into scalable, disciplined, execution-driven organizations. I’ve sat in every leadership seat where outcomes matter: COO, President, CMO, strategist, founder, and advisor to companies moving at high speed with high stakes.

I’ve led turnarounds, hyper-growth expansions, cultural rebuilds, multi-LLC operational structures, and the full-scale evolution of brands that went from “promising” to category-defining.

My journey has been defined by one thing: helping companies grow without breaking.

I learned them in companies growing at 400%+, where the systems snapped, the communication fractured, the culture buckled, and the stakes were too high to guess.

If something was broken, I fixed it. If something was unclear, I clarified it. If something was stuck, I unlocked it. If ambition was outpacing infrastructure, I rebuilt the engine beneath it.
